These days, we are informed that hackers used “almost the same email address as ours” and asked our customers to pay to another bank account.

We hereby declares that we “NEVER” use this way to inform our customers to change our bank information.

If we are going to change our bank information, we would do below steps.

1. Send a formal email and attach letter signed by Vanguard
2. Set a conference call and explain all the detail
3. Send an original document to you by courier after all is confirmed

Finished above steps, the new bank information valid. Or keep the original information.
